Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES OR MONEY BACK on all items purchased though our online store, or at one of our stockists.

Received a faulty item?
We are committed to customer satisfaction and really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with our support team here within 7 days of the purchase date. We will will do our best to resolve that matter as quickly as possible. 

In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item(s) is/ are damaged
• Photographic evidence and description


Please do not send back the damaged goods, unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a replacement.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

 

2. We are EGG

No returns/exchanges possible.

If you received a faulty item, please return to EGG within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase aka receipt (necessary) - unfortunately we cannot exchange a faulty product without a receipt.

No returns/exchanges possible.
