Shipping policy

Orders within South Africa/LOCAL  🇿🇦

Domestic shipping within SA is free on orders over ZAR 550 and takes 1-5 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 10 business days). For orders under R 550, shipping is calculated based on your area & you can choose from different couriers.

• Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer
• Courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery: in instances, where the courier and Standard Beauty is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to our warehouse, the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is on the customer's account.

Click & Collect Orders:

You must bring your confirmation email when collecting your order. Collections are only available at our HQ during operating hours. 

• Mon-Thurs: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

You have 10 business days to collect your order. After this period, it will be considered void and your order will be cancelled.

Orders to Botswana 🇧🇼 

We ship to Botswana with SkyNet directly your door. Shipping is free for orders above ZAR 1500/BWP 1115. For orders below that, shipping is ZAR 195/ BWP 145.

Duties and taxes might be applicable according to your country's laws. Tax and duty payments are on the customer's expense and are NOT included in the shipping price. The courier will contact you in case there are fees applicable & you will settle it directly with the courier. 

Orders to Namibia 🇳🇦 

We ship to Namibia with SkyNet directly your door. Shipping is free for orders above ZAR/ NAD 2000. For orders below that, shipping is ZAR/NAD 350.

Duties and taxes might be applicable according to your country's laws. Tax and duty payments are on the customer's expense and are NOT included in the shipping price. The courier will contact you in case there are fees applicable & you will settle it directly with the courie

International Orders 

We ship internationally with DHL Express. International rates will be applied at checkout.
