The consultation was thorough and personalised, and I really appreciated how everything was clearly explained without feeling rushed. I left feeling confident and excited about my skincare routine.

The skin analysis appointment was very informative for years I've been struggling with my skin and it's become an issue for my confidents therefore attending this session help me understand my skin type and the issues as well as the solution. I bought the products that were suggested to me and I can see a little change in my skin.

The analysis was great and showed me all the problem areas and moisture levels and all that. It was really interesting to see and to know what I should be using to help keep my skin healthy. I did have a bad experience though.

It started out very well. Staff was friendly. We went through the process, but towards the end, when the staff member gathered all of the products to show me what I would need to target different issues (probably around 12 different products), I mentioned happily that I'm already using a large number of these products. I was pleased to know that I was on the right track, but this changed the staff member's attitude. It seemed like she was annoyed and she went from friendly, to being very abrupt and unfriendly. Even my friend mentioned this to me afterwards.
I don't know if the expectation is that you're supposed to walk out of the store with over 12 products, after completing a skin analysis, but whatever the issue was, it was quite unprofessional and left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth and makes me feel reluctant to ever do a skin analysis again or to ask for help at that store.
