Azelaic acid has antimicrobial and soothing properties, which make it effective in the treatment of skin conditions. The acid can prevent future breakouts and clean breakout-causing bacteria from your pores. Azelaic acid is also a tyrosinase inhibitor, meaning it can prevent hyperpigmentation, because it reduces excess melanin production.

This is by far the best moisturiser I’ve used for oily . I have combination skin , with an oily T-zone . And this keeps the oiliness at bay without making your skin feel DRY , it still gives the perfect amount of dewy not too dewy-ness , if you know what I mean lol. it did give a tingly sensation the first few times I’ve used it and i think it’s just about your skin building tolerance and it LASTS💖
Normally after my washing face, I still have a shiny, oily and textured result especially on forehead and cheeks. It's the areas that breakout alot. But, after using the mattifying gel moisturiser it leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft and matte with a good balance of hydration and a dry finish when its touched plus its lightweight it feels like a second skin. I also noticed my acne scars reduces quite a lot as well. I recommend this product to oily-acne prone skin. However, the first few days I used to get irritated around my cheek and under the nose areas but I got better over time as I was slowly increasing the usage into skin care routine.
This is a new product to my skincare routine and I love it. It has enhanced my already perfect routine as I'm fighting acne and scarring. I've noticed a significant reduction in the active acne and it actually leave my face feeling hydrated and glowing. I think the Glow Glaze might be adding a bit of glow as the Azelic Acid says it's mattifying.
I noticed a slight itchiness on my first use but all good now.

Absolutely love this moisturizer. It gives me a bit of a dewy finish without increasing my already oily skin. Don't be too worried about it being in a tiny container, I've used it everyday for almost 2 weeks now and I'm not even halfway through the container. 10/10
