Data Deletion Instructions – Standard Skin & Beauty App

If you have used the Standard Skin & Beauty mobile app (Android or iOS) and wish to delete your account or personal data, please follow the instructions below.

1. In-App Option (recommended)

   • Open the Standard Skin & Beauty app.

   • Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account (if available).

   • Confirm deletion. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers.

2. Manual Request

   • If you can’t access your account, please email info@standard-beauty.co.za using the subject line “Data Deletion Request – App”.

   • Include your registered email address or mobile number used in the app.

   • Our team will process your request and delete your data within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
