We recently conducted a *customer-satisfaction¬†survey, and the satisfaction rate was 94,3% ūü§©¬†We go to great efforts to¬†keep our¬†customers happy. Wanna know¬†how we do it? Read on, babe.

1. In-House Production Facility

Having our very own in-house production¬†facility¬†means that we have been able to¬†increase our production capacity and turnaround time over the course of the last few months since moving in to our warehouse in Sandton. (We started off just a year ago in a small household kitchen,¬†so that's kind of a big deal! ūüėĚ) You may have noticed that our stock levels are consistently¬†kept up, with just the¬†occasional shortage with stock that comes from across the borders. This is¬†because we have a team of dedicated women in production who are always on. the. ball.¬†ūüôÖ‚Äć‚ôÄÔłŹūüí•ūüŹÉ‚Äć‚ôÄÔłŹ

2. Reputable Retail Partners

We have partnered with¬†reputable¬†retailers like¬†Takealot, Superbalist and We Are Egg, which makes our products that much easier to find. And since we are an online business, we are delighted to have We Are Egg as our very first retail store, because it now gives our Standard Babes the option of shopping in-store if they prefer that to shopping online¬†ūüõćÔłŹ

3. In-House Customer Service

Our in-house customer service team ensures that we are able to stay in contact with our customers, giving you all the advice, insights and guidance that you need¬†ūüíĀ

So, as for that 94,3%... We don't know about you, but that's what we call some satisfied Standard Babes!
